Rotary Electric Fuel Pump, 3.25 psi Low Pressure, 9mm Fuel Filter Inlet and 7.8mm Pump Outlet (Adaptable for VW 5mm/7mm hose use) is a compact solid-state electric fuel pump is the best pump on the market for applications up to 160hp. It is small, light, and quiet! It is also capable of delivering 15gal/hr @ 3.25psi fuel pressure, which is the correct fuel pressure for Webers, Dellortos, and Kadrons, and all stock carburetors. This is a great pump for up to ~160hp, and comes with mounting hardware and included filter. To adapt to 5mm or 7mm carbureted fittings on your tank and tunnel, you will need to use a lantern-style fuel filter(included with our kit) to step the size of the hose up to fit the 9mm canister-filter/pump inlet size. The 7.8mm Fuel pump outlet does fit/work with 7mm fuel hose, but would require another adaptation to be stepped down to 5mm hose.

Woodruff Key, Crankshaft Timing Gear, 8x13x32mm, 111-105-213 locates the crankshaft timing gear, which drives the cam gear. This part is often mangled when it's removed from the crankshaft by rushed mechanics.
Make sure during gear installation that you check a couple things prior to installing the crank gear onto the crankshaft. Sometimes the woodruff key is too wide, or the slot in the crank is too narrow. This causes the crank to "swell" when the key is hammered into the crank, then the gear is too tight next to the gear. This is a common cause of the gear cracking at the key way, or the more common not known problem of elliptical crank gears, which shows as the cam gear has serious tooth wear in 2 locations 180 degrees from one another on the soft aluminum gear. Make absolutely sure that the crankshaft does not measure larger on either side next to the woodruff key AFTER the key is installed, to avoid this serious build issue!

Distributor Drive Pinion Washers (Pinion Shims), Type 1, 2, and 3 Engines (Does NOT fit Type 4 Engines)111-105-235A. It usually takes about 6 or so to shim your distributor pinion for the required clearance. The stock engine has two washers, we simply shim to .006" with distributor and clamp in place. Make sure these are not only there, but are not "cupped".
