Woodruff Key, Crankshaft Timing Gear, 8x13x32mm, 111-105-213
Woodruff Key, Crankshaft Timing Gear, 8x13x32mm, 111-105-213 locates the crankshaft timing gear, which drives the cam gear. This part is often mangled when it's removed from the crankshaft by rushed mechanics.
Make sure during gear installation that you check a couple things prior to installing the crank gear onto the crankshaft. Sometimes the woodruff key is too wide, or the slot in the crank is too narrow. This causes the crank to "swell" when the key is hammered into the crank, then the gear is too tight next to the gear. This is a common cause of the gear cracking at the key way, or the more common not known problem of elliptical crank gears, which shows as the cam gear has serious tooth wear in 2 locations 180 degrees from one another on the soft aluminum gear. Make absolutely sure that the crankshaft does not measure larger on either side next to the woodruff key AFTER the key is installed, to avoid this serious build issue!

Fuel Pump Pushrod, 100mm, Alternator Fuel Pumps, 113-127-307A
Fuel Pump Push Rod, 100mm, Alternator Fuel Pumps, 113-127-307A is used on the shorter "Alternator" fuel pumps. These often get worn on the tip, and get shorter, reducing fuel volume. Beware cheap push rods that are not properly hardened, they wear out fast. It's important to know that this push rod must match the PUMP. We always recommend replacing your "Generator" fuel pump with the shorter "Alternator" pump and push rod, in case you want to convert to an alternator in the future, you don't have an additional fuel pump and push rod expense!

SCAT Chrome Pulley Nut and Washer Set, 80003
SCAT Chrome Pulley Nut and Washer Set, 80003 is a alternator/generator pulley nut and washer set. This is not "Race Quality", it's a dress up item. If you over-tighten it it WILL STRIP. It also has a cheap chrome that requires wax to prevent rust. But this is a decent item to compliment your alternator/generator pulley or pulley cover. To PROPERLY adjust the belt, you absolutely must start with the belt too loose, and remove 1-2 shims at a time until the correct tension is achieved. If you remove too many, you'll wind up tightening the nut until the belt is "tight enough", but the 2 pulley halfs are not squeezed together, and as the engine rotates the pulleys wear one another out. Every rotation the outer pulley moves out at the top, then in at the bottom, out at the top, until they are ruined. By doing it the 1-2 shim way, when you get the right tension the pulley halfs are tight against the shims and one another, and this movement and wear do not occur.
