KYB EXCEL-G (formerly GR-2) Low Pressure Gas Shock Absorber, 1952-65 Std Beetle (Link Pin) Front, 1955-79 Type 2 Front, Type 3 Front, and ALL T1 & T3 Rear, per EACH
KYB GR-2 shock absorbers feature their patented Floating Dividing Piston that separates gas & fluid. The pressure of the gas in the shock prevents oil foaming, but with the Stiffness and Spring Effect present in High-Pressure Gas Shocks. We strongly recommend these over the STIFF White Gas-A-Just KYBs.

Rear Shock Absorber, 49-68 Type 1, 55-67 Type 2, 62-68 Type 3, 113-513-031G BRAZIL or MEXICO
Rear Shock Absorber, 49-68 Type 1, 55-67 Type 2, 62-68 Type 3, 113-513-031G are an excellent quality shock for the money. We prefer non-gas shocks for the stockish VW beetles and busses because these ride SO much better than the gas shocks!

Coil Over Shocks, Eye/Eye, PAIR, 6505
Coil Over Shocks give additional "Spring" to the axle you are installing them on. Fully adjustable design allows you to set your suspension to suit your needs. Helps overcome "Sag" from old torsion bars, without full suspension disassembly. This is for a pair of shocks to do the rear axle. The eye to eye length is 17" extended. I have no way to compress it to measure the compressed length.
