Cylinder Head, Oval Port (Round Port), 2.0L 914 and 912E Porsche, BARE, EACH, 004 CH 039 BC is for guys who know what they are doing! This head is shipped BARE. It uses the 1.8 and 2.0L bore and combustion chamber, and the Porsche 2.0L spark plug location and plug angle. This head come bare, which means no valve springs, retainers, keepers, valves, guides, or seats.

The head also includes the head temp sensor boss, which is drilled and tapped, but no sensor is included. Also included are all the intake and exhaust studs, and the breather pipe (for crankcase breathing).

The hole for the exhaust guide is 12mm, same as the intake side. This is not factory, but the reason for this is that it gives you a lot more options on what exhaust valves you can run. If you don't like this you can simply bore them to 13mm and run the original 13/9mm guides, or 15/9mm guides to run the stock sodium filled exhaust valves.
