They have a 3/8" NPT Male End on one end, and a 3/8" NPT Female on the other. You can use 2 of these in series out of a Full Flow Oil Pump Cover to drop or raise the outlet ~1" in 1968-71 Bus and Type 3 applications, which clears the obstructions.
