OUR ONLINE CHECKOUT is CLOSED and we are NOT accepting any NEW orders at this time.

We are still fulfilling and shipping previously submitted and/or delayed order requests (as product availability allows) UNTIL NOVEMBER 15th 2022.

But after November 15th, all still pending backordered unshipped items will be automatically CANCELLED **(except for any special ordered drop-shipped or made/machined-to-order items).

Our ability to respond to emails is greatly hampered by being under-staffed during this downsize transition time. But we continue to endeavor to answer email inquiries as best we can. And we will continue responding to emails through until early March 2023 because we are wholly committed to resolving any other issues that may arise from previous sales. It is still UNCERTAIN, but we may re-open a substantially downsized version of our store again in the Spring of 2023.

We sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding during this period of restructuring and/or closing. And a huge thank you to all of you whose support and loyalty we have been the beneficiary of over the 23 years that we have worked diligently to support the information and parts needs of the aircooled VW community!

Anti-Pulse Valve, for Vacuum Advance Distributors (SVDAs), EACH
Anti-Pulse Valve, for Vacuum Advance Distributors (SVDAs), Each

Anti-Pulse Valve, for Vacuum Advance Distributors (SVDAs), Each is used to smooth and strengthen the vacuum advance signal to the distributor, when running IDF or DRLA carburetors. This valve does just that, and works very well! The valve has no resistance one way, and a moderate resistance the other way. This allows the distributor to "see" a full strength vacuum signal, and one that is much steadier than if the valve is not there. You only need 1 of these valves, installed in the vacuum line between the carburetor's vacuum port, and the distributor (Unilite, SVDA, DVDA, etc). The arrow points toward the carburetor(s). Best results are achieved when the Anti Pulse Valve is installed as closely as possible to the carburetor.

5 of 5 Anti-pulse valve for SVDA works! December 24, 2013
Reviewer: Christopher Valdivia from Lancaster, CA United States
Recently installed the anti-pulse valve between the aircooled.net SVDA and the left carb intake manifold (dual 34 carbs) on a 1641 motor in my 73 Karmann Ghia. Not quite gone a hundred miles in this configuration yet but very pleased with the results! Engine running has definitely improved according to my "seat of the pants" instrumentation. Though a little pricey I'm very happy with the improvement in performance!
