Aircooled.Net Full Flow Filter Kit, Beetle, Super Beetle, Ghia, Thing, and Early Bus requires that the engine case be drilled. Kit includes an oil pump cover, oil filter adapter, (4) -8 Flares and (4) -8 Swivel Hose Barb Ends, (3) 90 Degree Fittings, and 4' of Hose!

When you buy this kit from ACN, we'll resurface the Pump Cover and Oil Filter Adapter, and Re-tap the Fitting Threads, FOR HALF PRICE!

Add this quality kit to your engine (drilling and tapping of case required) to protect your engine investment by adding a filter! Kit includes pump cover, hose, fittings, and filter adapter (does NOT include the filter)! We have put together OUR OWN kit, using the best valued parts available. Our filter adapter is the same one we sell (there is a nicer one available, but it costs 4X as much!). 4' of 300psi oil hose is supplied in this kit. You MUST drill and tap the case for the return line (or use our slick adapter on dual relief cases (71' and newer)), and it's best to drill and tap the case at the pump to plug it also (prevents oil leaks). Obviously, this is done on a disassembled engine!

***We do NOT include a Filter in this kit, because so many people are very "Peculiar" about what filters they prefer! You must buy the filter separately We prefer the Amsoil Filters! Also, the OIL PUMP IS NOT INCLUDED AND MUST BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY, because many folks already have the oil pump that they want to use! See our related products field!***
