A layer of this behind and under the rear seat will REALLY quiet your car down! Be sure to always install Heat Shield with the aluminum foil backing facing the metal body of the car, to reflet the heat and cold OUT. This can also be used on the inside of the roof, if you do a good job with the Spray Adhesive, it really removes a lot of the "tin can" sound of the car. more info
