Our ability to respond to emails is greatly hampered by being under-staffed during this downsize transition time. But we continue to endeavor to answer email inquiries as best we can. Made-to-order, Special-Order, and Direct-shipped items with longer advertised manufacture and/or fulfillment lead times will NOT be auto-canceled, and will be fulfilled in the longer, as-advertised timeframe.

PLEASE NOTE: You are NOT CHARGED for out-of-stock items. We ONLY charge for items that are available to be shipped in a timely or reasonably reliable timeframe. You can email to cancel un-shipped/un-paid items at any time as long as they are not direct-shipped, special order or made/machined-to-order.

Currently our response time to emails is slow (we are severely short-staffed). Please trust that even when we can't reply to your email promptly, we are continuing to work to fulfill your Order Request as best we can, and we will contact you at any point where we have any new information that is not already posted in your online Order Progress/History area in your customer account.

AIRCOOLED.NET IS DOWNSIZING.
