This keeps the headlight wiring safe and dry! These are often cracked or missing, and water, rocks, sand, and gravel are destroying the delicate headlight wires!

To install these you must use a needle or end of a paperclip, shoved into the headlight bulb end of the plug. This releases the lock tab on the slip on wire end, and allows you to wiggle the wire out of the plug. Do all 3. Fish the wires through the new boot, put the boot into the holes on the body and headlight bucket, then re-install the wire ends into the clip, and plug it back in!

This upgrade kit provides a faster, brighter and MUCH safer lighting alternative to the stock style incandescent bulbs normally used with the stock 1956-61 VW lights! Most owners do not consider light SPEED as a factor, but when you have LEDs you can see how SLOW the stock bulbs are to actually light up to a visible level! Price is for a PAIR of units to do both tail lights.


*NOTE* An LED Compatible Flasher must be used when you convert to these units, so your turn signals flash at the proper speed.
