Once you use these you will never EVER go back to the Brass Nuts (that strip and round off), or the barely better 12mm ones out there.

These are a LOT smaller than 11mm on the Head, and the flange keeps the header far enough away from the nut to allow your socket or wrench head enough room to get on and off!

34 ICT (Baby Weber) Weber Throttle Shaft Seal, per EACH, 41575.010 is used to re-seal the vacuum leaks that occur at the throttle shaft to carb body interface. You need 1 for each SIDE of the carb (that's 2 per CARB), so if you have duals you will need to order a total of 4 of these seals.

Pair of gaskets will do the base of 2 carburetors, typical for dual ICTs.

Proper idle settings are achieved by fully warming up the engine, set your ignition timing, then sync the carbs. Next adjust idle mixture, then idle speed, idle mixture, idle speed, and idle mixture. At this point you are likely not changing anything and you are done!

This pair of gaskets will do one carburetor twice, or a pair of dual 1bbls once.

For ICTs you should have air jets in the 160-180 range for sea level. For progressives you should have 160-165 primary and 180 secondary. For 3bbl Weber IDAs, start with "Main Jet +50".

Hose clamps are not even needed, because the cloth woven on the hose surface acts like a "Chinese finger trap", and keeps the hose tight on the fitting. Some owners choose to err on the side of caution and use clamps also.

Normal methods of dropping fuel pressure with the stock fuel pump are to stack gaskets between the pump and pump spacer, and this does work but it also reduces fuel volume.
