These sometimes get lost when the screw vibrates loose and the handle falls off, then out the van when the door is opened! This handle is held in place by a single Philips Head Screw at the center of the pivot, and it doesn't take much for it to come loose and fall off. We strongly recommend that you use some blue Loctite on the screw threads to prevent this! more info
