Front Brake Drum, 1971-79 Super Beetle, EUROPEAN (typically Italian-made, but German will be supplied IF available), 113-405-615D are the finest front brake drums you can get for your vehicle. Euro-manufactured are a harder metal than the other drums, so they last approx twice as long and the wheel bolt threads don't strip as easily!


You will need to either move your old bearings and races to the new drum or buy new wheel bearings. You will need a new grease seal.

We know sometimes money is tight, but we recommend changing calipers in PAIRS to ensure equal braking behavior on both sides of the car so it doesn't pull to one side during braking.

Price is for one caliper with pads "Loaded".

This caliper has a center to center mounting bolt distance of 2.225", or around 56mm.
