Mallory Firewall Feedthrough, EACH, 29001 is designed to prevent voltage leaks in passenger compartment mounted coil applications. This provides 1/2 in. of insulation to ensure the spark reaches the distributor. Mounts in a 1" hole with 2 bolts.
These are great when you want to clean up the engine bay, and mount the coil and/or CDI box behind the rear seat, with just a single coil wire running from the firewall to the center of the distributor!

Its higher voltage allows larger spark plug gaps or firing through plug fouling. However, we ALWAYS recommend stock plug gaps, even with monster ignition system power.
