We are in the midst of renovating our site!

Our online store will re-open on WEDNESDAY AUGUST 12th with some exciting updates and improvements to your parts shopping experience.

If you already have an order in process with us, don't panic!

We are still processing and shipping orders from our warehouse as normal even while our site is offline.

We sincerely appreciate your patience while we are doing these site upgrades.

NOTICE

Supply of many sought after parts is limited. Covid ripple-effect economic disruptions have hampered our company's ability to restock items reliably. We are doing what we can to recover from the changes to our industry and the effects they have had on our business, but currently a lot of shipments are delayed and our response time to emails are slow.

Please do NOT email to inquire for stock status. Instead, to get stock status, place an order request, and the items will ship if they are in-stock, OR we will post an itemized stock status for delayed items typically within 2-3 business days. Placing an order request effectively adds you to the reservation waitlist for out of stock items. You can cancel un-shipped/un-paid items at any time as long as they are not special order or made/machined-to-order.

Please only continue if you accept that your requested items may not ship right away, and that shipment might be significantly delayed by unpredictable supplier-level backorder timeframes.

Thank you for your business and understanding.

Universal Fuel Filter (Lantern Style), 131-261-275A per EACH
Universal Fuel Filter (Lantern Style), 131-261-275A

These inexpensive "Lantern Style" fuel filters are good for your VW Bug. We typically use more than one, one under the fuel tank as a Pre-Filter, and one next to the transaxle. Do NOT put these in the engine compartment, the fire hazard is too great! The best locations for a fuel filter are beneath the fuel tank (between the tank and chassis), and again next to the transaxle (between the chassis and engine)

These filters use a stepped inlet and outlet, fitting both 5mm and 7mm hoses. Many owners use these to change the side of the fuel hose up or down, since the original carbed cars are 5mm, and most Weber and Dellorto carbs are 7mm.
