Our ability to respond to emails is greatly hampered by being under-staffed during this downsize transition time. But we continue to endeavor to answer email inquiries as best we can. CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER ITEM TERMS FOR TMI INTERIOR PRODUCTS
All TMI Interior products are CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER. You are charged for TMI items in advance of shipment, usually within 1-2 business days of order submission. However, it may take up to 3 weeks, and sometimes longer, if your requested materials are out of stock, or there is a manufacturing backlog. Your TMI items will ship to you separately from your other requested items, and via UPS Ground regardless of the shipping method you select at time of order. US Postal Service shipment is only available for TMI Products by special arrangement (with additional surcharge). When calculating how long till you receive your order, be sure to allow time for manufacture, materials acquisition, and shipping time in transit.

There are NO CANCELLATIONS, NO RETURNS and NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES on TMI Interior products except at the sole discretion of Aircooled.Net. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of your product.

4 bows required (sold separately). Headliner kits come with sewn rubber windlace, and extra material for under the rear window. Features: antimicrobial, rot resistant stitching one-piece install around rear window ORDERING NOTES: Headliners are special order items, non-refundable, and cannot be canceled once ordered. Due to the made-to-order nature of this product, rush orders are not generally possible. Manufacture time is typically 7-20 days which is in ADDITION to the shipping transit time associated with your requested shipping method. So for example, if you select Next Day shipping, you will NOT get to you tomorrow: a "fast" shipping method just shaves a little time off of transit time AFTER the normal manufacture time has passed.
