This kit moves the idle and progression circuit's air supply off the bottom of the carb, up high where it's clean! This kit "extends" the idle air circuit's air supply to a location where no "junk" is going to make it's way into the carburetor, where it will wreck havoc on your precisely sized orifaces, specifically the progression holes and the idle mixture screw area! This kit will convert 1 Dellorto DRLA with the Jet Doctor Kit.Unlike the "DRLA Update Kit" (which we feel is not worth installing), the Jet Doctor Kit is very much worth it! You are modifying the DRLA so teh idle jet looks like a miniature version of the main, emulsion, and air jet stack. The lead ball is used to plug the air inlet hole in the DRLA carb body, since the new jet doctors replace the idle jet holder, and the air comes through the top of them without carrying the dirt from the bottom of the air filter well.

These are not a "precise" measuring tool, but they'll allow you get you very close (which is all you really need).This tool includes jet pins in these sizes: .45, .50, .55, .60, .65, .70, .75, .80, .85, 1, 1.05, 1.10, 1.15, 1.20, 1.25, 1.30, 1.40, and 1.50mm.

These won't tell you the exact size though, but they'll get you very close! For example, if you have a jet which is a size 185, it won't fit on the "200" pin, but will on the "180" pin. So knowing which pins the jet fits on, only gets you close. Understanding this, the jet gauges will definitely help. Often a jet will be stamped "180" but will fit on a 200, showing that someone has molested the jet in the past!This kit includes jet pins in these sizes; 1.50, 1.60, 1.70, 1.80,. 1.90, 2.00, 2.10, 2.20, 2.30, 2.40, 2.50, 2.60, 2.70, 2.80, 2.90, and 3.0mm. Don't skimp on this critical part! These kits do NOT include carburetor floats! The Dellorto Master Rebuild Kits includes the hard to find parts you need to restore lost performance due to normal wear, hot fuel corrosion, fuel impurities, fuel additive, and varnish build up. This will rebuild one carburetor.
