OUR ONLINE CHECKOUT is CLOSED and we are NOT accepting any NEW orders at this time.

We are still fulfilling and shipping previously submitted and/or delayed order requests (as product availability allows) UNTIL NOVEMBER 15th 2022.

But after November 15th, all still pending backordered unshipped items will be automatically CANCELLED **(except for any special ordered drop-shipped or made/machined-to-order items).

Our ability to respond to emails is greatly hampered by being under-staffed during this downsize transition time. But we continue to endeavor to answer email inquiries as best we can. And we will continue responding to emails through until early March 2023 because we are wholly committed to resolving any other issues that may arise from previous sales. It is still UNCERTAIN, but we may re-open a substantially downsized version of our store again in the Spring of 2023.

RETURNS and REFUNDS INFORMATION
To return an item for any reason you must request a Return Merchanidise Authorization (RMA) by email to returns@aircooled.net.


RETURN POLICY TERMS & CONDITIONS

SHIPPING ERRORS and SHORTAGES
Be sure to inspect your products and compare package contents against the enclosed printed Shipment Invoice promptly upon receipt. Shipping Errors and Shortages MUST be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

CARRIER DAMAGED GOODS
Be sure to inspect your products promptly upon receipt. Claims for damaged shipments should be made by you to the carrier as soon as the damage is discovered. It is your responsibility to file a damage claim with the carrier. The carrier will then contact us after inspection of the merchandise and issue a claim number.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE RETURN REQUESTS
We accept returns of most products (there are some exclusions) for a period of up to 90 days from the date we SHIPPED it to you (not the date of order).
EXCLUSIONS: Non-returnable / non-refundable items include: custom machined products, made-to-order products, special order items, sale-priced items, and some specified products (non-returnable items are noted in the product listing and non-returnable agreement is noted in your order confirmation email). TOOLS, DVDs, BOOKS, LUBRICANTS, MOST ELECTRICAL ITEMS, and SOME FUEL SYSTEM COMPONENTS are NOT RETURNABLE. Items that show signs of installation, use, modification, or damage are also NOT returnable.

REFUND BACK TO CREDIT CARD IS ONLY AVAILABLE IF RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUESTED WITHIN 30 DAYS
Products with return requested and authorized within 30 days are eligible for refund by credit card (or refund check), assuming the returned goods meet all other return eligibility criteria.

REFUND AS STORE CREDIT is available IF RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUESTED AFTER 30 DAYS (and up to 90 days)
Returns Requested after 30 days and up to 90 days MAY be subject to a RESTOCKING FEE of up to 40%. Products with return requested and authorized within 30-90 days will receive their refund in the form of STORE CREDIT, which will be reflected in your Customer Account Dashboard and will automatically be applied as payment toward future online orders. After 90 days, all sales are final (no refunds or exchanges will be issued except in special cases at the sole discretion of Aircooled.Net).

WARRANTY ISSUES
Refunds for returns of defective product or product failure are at the sole discretion of Aircooled.Net. Aircooled.Net is not responsible for installations that are improperly done. If you encounter a problem with a part during installation, you may email for technical assistance at technicalquestions@aircooled.net, or call 801-453-1906 if the situation is more easily described by telephone (note that we have limited phone hours, and you will most often receive a faster response by email). We will be glad to offer any installation or troubleshooting advice to assist you. IF IN DOUBT, DO NOT INSTALL OR RUN A PRODUCT.

Up to/ within 90 DAYS: RETAIL WARRANTY
Products covered by the Aircooled.Net RETAIL WARRANTY may be returned (with prior authorization) for reason of manufacturing defect or product failure upon installation. Your request must be made via EMAIL within 90 days of date of shipment. Be sure to inspect your products promptly upon receipt. Warranty requests received/initiated after 30 days are resolved by REPAIR or EXCHANGE ONLY (no refund). You may be instructed to return your product under warranty directly to the manufacturer in some cases.

After 90 DAYS: MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
Some items have longer manufacturer Warranty periods, and will be considered after 90 days, but all approvals for returns under warranty after 90 days are at the sole discretion of Aircooled.Net.


THE RETURN PROCESS
When you receive your RMA# via email, it will be accompanied by RETURN INSTRUCTIONS and a RETURN FORM which must be completed and enclosed with your return product. After your return has been authorized, your return product must be received back at our warehouse within another 30 days from date of RMA. Return products must be complete (not missing any hardware or pieces) and must be accompanied by all original product/manufacturer's packaging and/or instructions.

Your RMA number must be written on all packages to be returned, or the packages may be refused. Please include a copy of the invoice with a brief reason for the return. All returns must be sent to Aircooled.Net freight pre-paid. We will not accept any returns that are sent C.O.D. Once you have been given the RMA #, your return must be received by Aircooled.Net within 30 days.

Allow 2-3 weeks AFTER your return package HAS BEEN RECEIVED AT OUR WAREHOUSE for your return package administration to be completed, and your refund to be issued (or replacement product to be shipped).
