We are still fulfilling and shipping previously submitted and/or delayed order requests (as product availability allows) UNTIL NOVEMBER 15th 2022.

But after November 15th, all still pending backordered unshipped items will be automatically CANCELLED **(except for any special ordered drop-shipped or made/machined-to-order items).

Our ability to respond to emails is greatly hampered by being under-staffed during this downsize transition time. But we continue to endeavor to answer email inquiries as best we can. And we will continue responding to emails through until early March 2023 because we are wholly committed to resolving any other issues that may arise from previous sales. It is still UNCERTAIN, but we may re-open a substantially downsized version of our store again in the Spring of 2023.

Billing and Payment
Can I pay by Money Order or Check?
  Aircooled.Net accepts payment by US POSTAL MONEY ORDERS, and BUSINESS CHECKS (must match the name of the shipping destination, and must be drawn on a bank located in the USA).
We no longer accept personal checks or bank money orders due to the prevalence of forgery and fraud with those items.

To pay by US Postal Money Order or Business Check, you still must place your order via our online system, and select the “pay by check or money order” payment option. Upon order submission, our address for mailing payment will be displayed, however PLEASE WAIT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A FINAL SHIPPING QUOTE BEFORE MAILING YOUR PAYMENT, as the shipping amount estimated during the ordering process may not be accurate. Orders submitted with Pay by Check or Money Order selected are not shipped until payment has been received and cleared.

Please note that paying by Money Order or Check will significantly delay the processing time for your order compared to payment by Credit Card or Wire Transfer.
Do you accept payment by credit card?
  We accept VISA and MASTERCARD.  We adhere to secure credit card online transaction protocols, but if you are concerned about transmitting payment information over the internet, you can submit your order online without payment info (select Pay by Check or Money Order), then fax (801-943-4176), phone (801-453-1906), or mail your credit card details to us. Submitting your credit card information manually this way will delay your order processing time.

We do NOT accept AmEx or Discover Card.
Do you accept Paypal?
  At this time, we do not accept payment by PayPal since it is a more costly method of accepting payment than a traditional merchant account.
How do I pay by Bank Wire Transfer?
  Anyone may opt to pay for their order via Bank Wire Transfer, but it is most often INTERNATIONAL ORDERS that use this payment method since our International Payment Policies sometimes require pre-payment by a non-reversible payment method (i.e. for custom-made, non-returnable items and for International orders totaling more than $500.00 USD). If you are an International customer, be sure to read our International Policy Information for details.

In most cases of payment by Bank Wire Transfer, there will be a Wire Transfer Fee added to your order total:

- transfers from a bank within the USA $20.00
- transfers from a bank outside the USA $40.00 (the fee will be waived for International orders whose parts subtotal is over $1200.00 USD)

When you submit an order to be paid by bank wire transfer, our bank wire transfer information will be displayed for you upon order submission, however, PLEASE WAIT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A FINAL SHIPPING QUOTE AND ORDER TOTAL BEFORE INITIATING YOUR BANK WIRE TRANSFER PAYMENT, as the shipping amount estimated during the ordering process is not an accurate/firm shipping quote. After you submit your order, you will be contacted via email with further instructions for proceeding with your order payment.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
  You currently only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse, which is located in UTAH.
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
When will my refund or credit appear on my account?
  It typically takes 7-14 business days from the time we receive returned item(s) before eligible credit is processed either back to your payment card OR issued as Store Credit.
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card is NOT charged when you submit your order online. In most cases, your credit card is billed on the day that we process your order for shipment. If your order contains dropshipped or special order items, or custom made-to-order products, your card will be charged before your order is shipped from the manufacturer (sometimes several weeks before the items will ship). Items that have been prepaid that are subsequently back ordered will be shipped as soon as they become available.
