Guarantees, Warranty, and Returns
30 Day Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee
  If a product you purchased from Aircooled.Net does not meet your expectations or you are unable to use a part for any reason, you may return it within 30 days from date of purchase, in original packaging and new condition. We will quickly resolve any issue through technical assistance, replacement, credit or refund or of the full purchase price (does not include cost of shipping).
Warranty Against Defective Parts Program
  All parts purchased from Aircooled.Net are warranted to be free of defects for 90 days from date of invoice/shipment. In the event that a part sold by Aircooled.Net is shown to be defective within 90 days, Aircooled.Net will promptly replace or repair the defective part, or credit your account the full purchase price of the product. In order to be covered by warranty, parts must be returned to Aircooled.Net within 90 days of date of invoice/shipment for inspection and warranty processing.

Warranty applies to original purchaser with receipt. Liability is limited to cost of the replacement part. Normal wear and tear, shop labor, and any other incidental or associated costs are NOT included.

In other words, since Aircooled.Net does not have any direct involvement in the installation of parts on any vehicle, we can make no guarantee of any costs associated with damage due to failure of an installed part. The only way to ensure the quality of installation is to have all parts installed by a professional and/or licensed mechanic. All advice, product or project support, or other forms of assistance given to customers by representatives of Aircooled.Net is accepted and used by customers at their own risk.

Defective Parts Warranty Information

Manufacturer defects are an unfortunate reality of the autoparts industry. We do our best to visually inspect products prior to shipment, but there is still a chance that you might be the unlucky recipient of a product affected by manufacturer defect. The good news is that all parts purchased from Aircooled.Net are warranted against manufacturer defects and as such, we will assist you via either replacement or repair after a part under warranty has been verified as defective. All warranty issues must be reported to Aircooled.Net within 90 days of invoice/shipment. All warranty returns are subject to inspection and warranty processing times. Aircooled.Net will expedite the replacement or repair of your defective part as fast as availability and manufacturer service allows. In the event a replacement or repair cannot be fulfilled, your customer account will be credited the full purchase price of the product. There are only two “warranty qualifying” situations:

  1. Product is found to be defective upon inspection/installation
  2. Product fails within warranty period under conditions of normal/intended use

Aircooled.Net Warranty Return Criteria

  • Return Authorization Email Requests must be submitted within 30 days of date on invoice.
  • Return Requests received after the 30 day return period will be considered on a case by case basis and MAY be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • All return shipments must be pre-authorized and accompanied by completed RGA paperwork.
  • All items must be received back at Aircooled.Net in unused/undamaged condition with original packaging, instructions and/or accessories.
  • Items returned without original packaging and materials MAY be subject to a 20% restocking fee, even if they are received within the allowable return period.
  • Damaged items (i.e. damaged in transit) or items in un-resellable condition will not be eligible for refund even if they are received within the allowable return period.
  • Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of a warehouse or packaging error.

When properly authorized and qualified return items are received by our warehouse, you will be appropriately credited for the purchase price of the item(s), minus any applicable fees or discounts.

Step-by-step Warranty Return Instructions

The following instructions apply only to returns that qualify for refund or exchange under Warranty.

STEP 1 – EMAIL FOR AUTHORIZATION
Send an emailed REQUEST FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION to . Return Authorization Requests must be received within 30 days of invoice date. The email must include the REASON that you are returning the described items (this is so that we can track and address the reason(s) to reduce or prevent future returns – your reason will NOT affect your return product eligibility). Please note that we can only process returns and refunds for items that were purchased from Aircooled.Net and that meet our Return for Refund Criteria above.
STEP 2 – AWAIT AUTHORIZATION RESPONSE
Within 5 business days, you will receive an email entitled RETURN AUTHORIZATION INFORMATION. Assuming your return request satisfies Aircooled.Net Product Return Criteria, the email will include return shipping instructions (including address) and the name of the Aircooled.Net employee who is authorizing your Return. By the way, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that a return item meets the Return for Refund Criteria above. Email “Authorization” to send items back to Aircooled.Net for inspection and processing is NOT a guarantee that your return will be eligible for a full refund.
STEP 3 – FILL OUT AND ENCLOSE PAPERWORK
Make a COPY OF YOUR ORIGINAL INVOICE, and a print out of your RETURN AUTHORIZATION INFORMATION EMAIL, and enclose both in the return carton. You must note on the paperwork HOW you would like your return to be handled – i.e. exchange, refund, credit on account to be used against a future order, etc.
STEP 4 – ADEQUATELY PACKAGE AND INSURE YOUR SHIPMENT
Be sure to wrap the return package securely and according to carrier instructions. For your protection, please use UPS or INSURED Parcel Post for return shipments. Items not received by Aircooled.Net, Inc. will not be refunded. MOST authorized returns should be returned to the address below – however there are some exceptions, so DO NOT ship to this address without first reviewing your RETURN AUTHORIZATION INFORMATION EMAIL for applicable return instructions:

STEP 5 – RETURN PROCESSING TIME and ELIGIBILITY
Please allow up to two weeks AFTER your package is received at Aircooled.Net for your return package to be processed. Once your items have been inspected and it has been determined that your return meets the necessary criteria, you will be refunded the appropriate amount according to the following terms:
Paid by check or money order: Any credited amount less than $10.00 will be applied as a credit on file to your Aircooled.Net account. For credits of $10.00 or more you may leave the amount on file or request that a refund check be mailed to you.
OR
Paid by credit card: Any credited amount less than $10.00 will be applied as a credit on file to your Aircooled.Net account. For credits of $10.00 or more: the credited amount will be refunded to the same credit card that paid for the order OR you may request that the amount be applied against a pending order or left as a credit on file for a future order.
STEP 6 – CUSTOMER RECORD OF RETURN
A Return Credit Memo and associated credit card ‘credit’ receipt, account statement, or refund check will be sent (via regular mail) to the billing address that was submitted at the time your order was placed.

Will I be refunded my cost of return shipping?
  To qualify for reimbursement of your cost of return shipping, the following criteria must be met:

   -the return was necessitated by an error made by Aircooled.Net, as determined by Aircooled.Net.

   -you adhered explicitly to the Return Procedures AND properly followed any return shipping method and insurance instructions that you were given at the time of return authorization.

No other returns will be considered for qualification for reimbursement of your return or original shipping costs. Qualification for reimbursement of original and/or return shipping costs is ENTIRELY at the discretion of Aircooled.Net. In the event we rectify an error by shipping you a replacement item at our expense, the second shipment will be sent via an economical shipping method, and NOT necessarily the fastest nor the same method you requested for your original shipment. You can opt to upgrade the shipping method of the replacement shipment at your own cost. Eligibility of items for return is at the SOLE discretion of Aircooled.Net.
