Our ability to respond to emails is greatly hampered by being under-staffed during this downsize transition time. But we continue to endeavor to answer email inquiries as best we can. And we will continue responding to emails through until early March 2023 because we are wholly committed to resolving any other issues that may arise from previous sales.
