We are aware that we are a little more expensive than other suppliers of Weber jets, but here is why you should use Aircooled.Net. First, we only sell genuine Weber jets from Italy! Secondly, we will tell you the correct jet sizes to minimize your jet expense, and your valuable time tuning! Other shops that aren't proficient at Weber Tuning will be happy to sell you jets at $4 ea, and you'll wind up with 6 sizes (24 jets) that you don't need! That makes no sense! By buying from us you will not spend more than you have to, our experience will keep your costs down, while providing the highest quality parts.

Normally guys use 175-180s on 40 IDFs with 28mm Venturis. If you jump up to 32s you will likely need 200-210 airs.

36mm venturis work best with 200-210s. I prefer larger airs with larger carbs, so 210-220 for 40mm and larger venturis. This will get you pretty close! Remember you can ALWAYS give us a shout for a more detailed and specific recommendation.

Also, NEVER EVER use F7 emulsion tubes on dual carbs! F7s are for centermounts, or if you have >750cc/cylinder. INCREASE Air Jet size "4" for every 1k' rise above sea level. So if you have dual 40 IDFs w/28mm venturis in Denver (5k') you'd need air jets around "20" bigger than at sea level, so 175 at sea level, or ~200 in Denver.
