Rotary Electric Fuel Pump, 3.25 psi Low Pressure, 9mm Fuel Filter Inlet and 7.8mm Pump Outlet (Adaptable for VW 5mm/7mm hose use)
Additional photos show two nifty installation ideas for this pump. One is the brake fluid reservoir location behind the spare tire. Another clever person wrapped his Rotary in Bubble Wrap, stuffed it in a Tennis Ball Can, and clamped it to his axle beam!

Rotary Electric Fuel Pump, 3.25 psi Low Pressure, 9mm Fuel Filter Inlet and 7.8mm Pump Outlet (Adaptable for VW 5mm/7mm hose use) is a compact solid-state electric fuel pump is the best pump on the market for applications up to 160hp. It is small, light, and quiet! It is also capable of delivering 15gal/hr @ 3.25psi fuel pressure, which is the correct fuel pressure for Webers, Dellortos, and Kadrons, and all stock carburetors. This is a great pump for up to ~160hp, and comes with mounting hardware and included filter. To adapt to 5mm or 7mm carbureted fittings on your tank and tunnel, you will need to use a lantern-style fuel filter(included with our kit) to step the size of the hose up to fit the 9mm canister-filter/pump inlet size. The 7.8mm Fuel pump outlet does fit/work with 7mm fuel hose, but would require another adaptation to be stepped down to 5mm hose.

SEE WARRANTY DETAILS for ROTARY ELECTRIC FUEL PUMPS on the tab below -- Failure to follow correct install procedures for your new Fuel Pump will increase the likelihood of failure and/or interfere with it's optimal function, as well as invalidates both the Retail (90 Day) and the Manufacturer's (1 year) Warranty for this item.

5 of 5 Nice unit October 7, 2015

Purchased one for my daughter's 66 beetle several months ago.  Finally got it installed last weekend.  Works like a charm.  Please take the advice of stepping up/down the fuel lines with fuel filters.  I didn't, and spent ALOT more money in brass fittings to do it - and they're leaking on me.
