These use a 94mm Case and Head bore, for a super thick cylinder wall thickness! These are an incredible value, especially considering the price of the Mahle P&Cs! With a 69mm crank you'll have 1835cc, or you can do the "Budget Stroker" with a 74mm crank and 5.400" or 5.245" Rods for an easy 1967cc with almost no stroker clearancing needed! 92mm Thick Walls are excellent for Busses, Convertibles, THINGS, and Type 3s, that tend to run hotter than beetle sedans and Karmann Ghias do.
