NOTICE

Many sought after parts are backordered these days. Supply-chain disruptions have hampered our company's ability to restock items reliably. We are doing what we can to recover from the changes to our industry and the effects they have had on our business, but currently a lot of shipments are delayed and our response time to emails are slow (we are severely short-staffed).

Please do NOT email to inquire for stock status. Instead, to get stock status, place an order request, and the items will ship if they are in-stock, OR we will post an itemized stock status for delayed items typically within 2-3 business days.

Placing an order request adds you to the reservation waitlist for out of stock items. We work diligently to source and fulfill backordered items as best we can -- backorders with unreliable restock ETAs are VERY frustrating for us as well. You can trust that even if we can't reply to your email, we ARE working on it and will contact you when we have any updated news to share. And of course, you can also email to cancel un-shipped/un-paid items at any time as long as they are not special order or made/machined-to-order.

Please only continue if you are prepared to be PATIENT. Your requested items might be significantly delayed by supplier-level backorder timeframes, and we usually aren't given reliable ETA information.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding.

34 PICT 3 (34-3) Stock Carburetor, 12V, Bocar  113-129-031K fits Dual Port Intake Manifolds, and we've had excellent results from these quality carburetors (Unlike the Chinese Copies!!!). Be sure to check your engine's fuel pressure and ignition system. We have sold many Bocar carburetors, and have had good results (they are factory bench tested carburetors). In most every case where the "carb is bad", there is something else wrong (usually ignition) that has been overlooked. These are setup for 12V electrics, and include the idle shut off valve.

5 of 5 The only 34 to buy June 18, 2014

This carb is actually better than the original 34 pict german carb with an improved idle circuit and altitude compensation.....Every other brand is a bogus chinese made piece of junk so dont waste your time .......I use this carb on my 1835cc thickwall bus motors with a 140 main jet and a 65 idle with great success

5 of 5 Well worth the price you won't be disappointed! April 10, 2014

Removed my old carb and bolted this right on. Used some 5mm cloth covered fuel hose also from ACN to run between the fuel pump and carb.

Motor turned over a few times once the fuel hit the carb it fired right up! The air screw (big one) was out all the way and the carb sounded like a vacuum cleaner. Shut off the car and the big screw was hard to turn due to the o-ring being dry. I removed the screw and sprayed the o-ring with DeepCreep and installed it. Bottomed it out then backed out 2.5 turns.

Threw my timing light / tachometer combo on it and was just amazed Still not fully adjusted I was purring at 900rpm. Finally properly set the timing on my ACN SVDA which works very well with this carb.

If you know for sure you have a carb problem this is 100% worth the price!

5 of 5 Great quality December 19, 2012

Don't even think about getting a Chinese made VW carb. I've gone through three of them, and no matter what brand it written on it, you can tell they're all made in the same factory, and to the same level of "quality".

This is really good quality. You can tell it's been cast well, and out of a good material. Since it's bench-tested, that should mean that the little adjustment screw is already set, I think. I know mine was right. Of course, you have to adjust the big screw.

You really should be absolutely certain that you need a new carb before you drop 300 big ones on it.

Also note that if you have one of the giant Motorola alternators, this will catch slightly. All you need to do in that case is grind back the alternator housing slightly. It's plenty thick. Just be careful of those sparks.

In summary, this carb is second only to a real VW-Solex, but just make sure you actually have a carb problem before you buy.
